Workout Rut.

Growing up I was constantly trying out new sports and activities. I never seemed to be satisfied with just one; I loved being introduced to new teams. This personality trait definitely translated to my career. I am always on the move. I teach Spin and muscle conditioning classes at 3 different gyms throughout Boston and in addition I am a personal trainer.
This blog idea came about when I got stuck in my own workout rut. I wanted to be challenged, to be pushed, to step out of my comfort zone. An avid runner and Spin instructor, I began thinking of high intensity, total body workouts. After researching classes in my area I decided to begin this journey with a sport I never thought I would expose myself to. Now that I think of it maybe “expose” is the wrong word.
