Big things!

Hey everyone!

I am back and excited to share some news with you all. Over the past couple of weeks I have been crazy busy (explains no blogging) because I have been promoted! I am currently the Group Exercise Manager for my company. I will maintain my training (which I love and would never give up) part-time and this managerial position part-time. While I have never managed before this is a learning experience. I will have a ton of instructors that I work with to fill classes and create a strong program. Although somewhat scary because it is new, I am SO happy.

I WILL continue blogging and will make more of an effort to try *trendy* classes that I could potentially add to my class schedule. I WILL continue to bring you fun new and healthy recipes that I have found or created. If anything, I WILL use this blog as a way to release my inner creative-once-art-major being. Using imagery and words to connect to my friends, family and health interested public 🙂
