Well, the dinner has come and gone. 
Here is a NO excuse at home workout that can be done in no time. 
Like, before that turkey sandwich is done heating up in the microwave 😉 
Please make sure to properly warm up for 5-10 minutes prior to exercise. Also, consult with your doctor before starting any new fitness regime.
