A Very Happy Blogiversary! {Recipe}

In honor of a fabulous year, a bunch of bloggers decided to celebrate by whipping up some of her yummy recipes. And let me just say, it was really hard to pick just one…

But in true TTT fashion, I chose to bake. Surprise, Surprise.

S’mores Cookie Dough Bars

makes about 20 bars

Don’t mind my washer, it’s in the kitchen and acts as additional prime counter space. 

what you’ll need:

  • 1 prepared batch of chocolate chip cookie recipe (I used Betty from a bag- hello, easy!)
  • 1 bag large marshmallows (I used mini)
  • 1 box graham crackers (I went with Target brand)

how to make:
Pre-heat your oven to 350*.  In a 9×13 pan, line with foil AND spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place one layer of intact graham crackers down on the bottom in no particular order. It doesn’t have to be pretty, just fill the bottom. Then, cover the grahams with a layer of marshmallows. Now, lay the cookie dough on top of the marshmallows! 
**I found my OCD came out in this step. Relax and take a breath. It will not be even or perfect, accept that. If some of the marshmallows come through its OK. They will all melt together anyways πŸ™‚ 

Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars! Enjoy!!
